נומי נומי ("האפליקציה") היא אפליקציה לקריאת שירי ערש באייפון, באייפד ובאפל ווטש. אנחנו מכבדים את הפרטיות שלכם, וכתבנו את המדיניות הזאת בשפה פשוטה.
בקצרה
- אין חשבונות, אין הרשמה, אין פרסומות ואין מעקב.

מידע שנשמר במכשיר שלכם
שירים שהוספתם, מועדפים והיסטוריית קריאה נשמרים על המכשיר. הם מסתנכרנים רק בין האייפון והשעון שלכם, באמצעות WatchConnectivity של Apple. איננו מקבלים את המידע הזה, ואין לנו גישה אליו.
שיתוף עמוד אינטרנט
כשאתם משתפים עמוד מ-Safari אל האפליקציה דרך תפריט השיתוף, האפליקציה קוראת את הטקסט של אותו עמוד כדי לשמור אותו כשיר. זה קורה רק כשאתם משתפים במפורש, והטקסט נשמר במכשיר שלכם בלבד.
דוחות קריסה (Firebase Crashlytics)
כדי לזהות ולתקן קריסות, האפליקציה עשויה להשתמש ב-Firebase Crashlytics, שירות של Google. כשהאפליקציה קורסת נשלחים אל Google יומני קריסה ומידע בסיסי על המכשיר ועל מערכת ההפעלה (למשל דגם המכשיר וגרסת iOS). המידע הזה אינו מקושר לזהותכם ואינו משמש למעקב או לפרסום. נתוני שימוש (Google Analytics for Firebase)
כדי להבין איך משתמשים באפליקציה ולשפר אותה, האפליקציה משתמשת ב-Google Analytics for Firebase, שירות של Google. נשלחים אירועי שימוש כלליים, למשל: פתיחת לשונית, פתיחת שיר מהספרייה (לפי מזהה השיר בקטלוג), הוספה או מחיקה של שיר (בלי הטקסט ובלי השם), סימון מועדף ושינוי גודל טקסט. עם האירועים נשלחים מזהה התקנה אקראי, נתונים טכניים (דגם מכשיר, גרסת מערכת, גרסת האפליקציה) ואזור משוער (מדינה/עיר) ש-Google מסיקה מכתובת ה-IP. איננו אוספים את מזהה הפרסום של המכשיר (IDFA), איננו מפעילים התאמה אישית של פרסומות, והנתונים אינם מקושרים לזהותכם ואינם משמשים למעקב. מה איננו עושים
- איננו אוספים שם, כתובת דוא"ל, מיקום מדויק, אנשי קשר או תמונות.
- איננו מוכרים מידע ואיננו משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום.

ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת להורים ולמטפלים המשתמשים בה כדי לשיר לילדים. היא אינה מיועדת לשימוש עצמאי של ילדים, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים.
שינויים במדיניות
אם נעדכן את המדיניות, נפרסם את הגרסה החדשה בעמוד הזה ונעדכן את תאריך התחולה.

Privacy Policy
NumiNumi ("the app") is a lullaby reader for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. We respect your privacy, and we wrote this policy in plain language.
In short
- No accounts, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking.
- The app collects anonymous usage statistics (for example which screens and songs are opened) to understand what helps parents and to improve the app.
- Your songs, favorites and reading history stay on your devices.
- The app collects anonymous crash reports, to fix bugs.
- The text and titles of songs you add never leave your device.
Information stored on your device
Songs you add, favorites and reading history are stored on your device. They sync only between your own iPhone and Apple Watch, using Apple's WatchConnectivity. We do not receive this information and have no access to it.
Sharing a web page
When you share a page from Safari to the app through the share sheet, the app reads that page's text in order to save it as a song. This happens only when you explicitly share, and the text stays on your device.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
To find and fix crashes, the app may use Firebase Crashlytics, a service of Google. When the app crashes, crash logs and basic device and OS information (such as device model and iOS version) are sent to Google. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf. More information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To understand how the app is used and improve it, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google. It sends general usage events, for example: opening a tab, opening a song from the library (by its catalog ID), adding or deleting a song (without its text or title), marking a favorite and changing the text size. Events come with a random installation ID, technical data (device model, OS version, app version) and an approximate region (country/city) that Google infers from the IP address. We do not collect the device advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not enable ad personalization, and the data is not linked to your identity or used for tracking. What we do not do
- We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts or photos.
- We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Children
The app is intended for parents and caregivers who use it to sing to children. It is not intended for independent use by children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
